I just had my first JC dinner in a couple years. I was really hungry, and the little entree looked so very small. So, I sauteed fresh spinach, garlic, green onion and red pepper in pam and added some spices. I microwaved the chicken fettuccine, but then sauteed it with the veggies... added a side of asparagus.. it was delicious and I am very satisfied.

Cheers,
Gretchen

I always try to volumize when I can! I've done jenny in the past and know I can get bored quickly, so this time, I'm volumizing right from the get go. It definately helps.
My Jenny History:
2006: 30lbs lost
2009: 10 lbs lost
2010: 20 lbs lost
January 2012: Came back again to take off the 20lbs I've gained plus more!

It sure does. You wouldn't believe the plate of broccoli I ate tonight to avoid the Superbowl munchies. ;)

Good for you!!!! Volumizing not only helps fill you up but experimenting with veggies and spices and cooking methods also adds more enjoyment to the JC meals. :)

Good job Gretchen!! I know that i like a lot of food. That is how i got up to 264 pounds and why i have gained it back several times. Therefore this time i am making sure i volumize big time. I get a bag of Birdseye Asian Medley and stirfry the whole bag while my Jenny meal is cooking. Then the veggies go on 3/4 of my plate and the Jenny meal 1/4. I have a full plate but most of it is veggies!! I use different spices to make changes so i don't get bored!
