I had my first appt in JC today in 2 years. I really need to be here! I am 5'0 and have gained about 25 lbs in the last 6 months! I have never gotten out of control like this before in my 40 years of life! I get married in 3.5 months on the beach, so I better get losing. I got the metabolic max program, and am hoping it really helps me stay on track.
I love the support on these boards. It truly helps to know others understand this daily, yet life long journey.

aw......good luck and keep visualizing your wedding day and how you are going to look fantabulous!! Well, I am almost at that 40 year life mark and the weight loss and weight maintaining thing have become more difficult!! You can do this and make it habit forming! I am and am glad to share the journey with you and all the others around here!
