So, Day 1 is complete. So excited! Although I'm not going to lie I did have some struggles. Particularly in the afternoon from maybe 3-5 PM - I really just wanted to eat like 5 Jenny Snacks and forget the whole program altogether. I think this happened because of my confusion with the exchanges and my personalized menu. My JCC wants me to eat around 2300 cals since I am nursing. So, I have all my foods listed on the front and then I have to flip it over and it says add double the 200 cal additions which say Jenny Cuisine or a sandwich. So, I couldn't really figure it all out, but I'm hoping I did alright. I made an egg sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread, an egg, and a slice of reduced fat cheese). I guess when I got this program I thought everything would be done - all the food and thinking would be taken out of it. Today, I have sat here for much of the day trying to figure out what I'm supposed to eat and when. Hopefully soon it will all make more sense to me. Anyways, yay for Day 1 being DONE and out of the way!!

Yes, it def will start making sense and get easier. I am so proud of you for not giving in to your temptations.....the first couple of days are the worse and then you will find it gets easier and easier.

Just try and not over focus on the program.....keep your mind busy for the first few days until your body and mind adjust to the plan.

Glad to hear you made it thru the first day girl.....hang in there, it gets better!!! ;)

I am on my second week. Not gonna lie, i gave into temptation twice in my first week....however, I lost 1.6 lbs.....and in the back of my mind I think GAWD....WHY DID I CHHEEEAAAATTTTTT!!!! haha. Well, It's a new week, and I'm actually doing really well. My body is starting to get used to the calorie intake, and I'm not AS hungry anymore. My weak hours are usually around 7 - 9 pm....so I've started going to bed Reeealllly early, just to avoid my bordom hunger. hahaha. Keep up the good work :)
