My husband did this same thing to me, I cried haha. I was so hungry and we were moving to our new house, I pulled out my salad and JC meal and what does he show up with?!?!?! Inn&out! I'm not sure if any of you live on the west coast, but inn&out is amazing. I was so mad at him. He did feel bad and apologize after all, but I think that if someone isn't overweight they don't quite understand what you are going through. Keep positive temptations will get easier. They haven't for me yet, but i'm hoping soon!
God bless,
Kayla

just last night, I was making some chicken breasts and mac and cheese for my family and I had fought the urge to order a pizza allllllllll day. My DH was like "you just act irritated".....I tried to explain that it was just frustrating and when I thought of eating my JC meal, I was angry. Angry with myself for the most part, but I did stick to it and I did make it through the evening and at least he talked with me about it even if I was kind of unwilling in that moment to explain. It did help though! He's apologized about eating something before and he's been very careful to not bring anything home in the way of temptation for me and I told him how much that helps! It is very hard when I just want to cave in ....... maybe your family can support you through it!

I know exactly how you feel... I am a stay-at-home mom to 2 young girls, and I still have to cook meals for my family. When I was on JC before, I only had my first born, and she was an infant, so I just left my husband to "fend for himself". But now they're older, and I cook full meals for them, but I always include something I can eat (veggies mostly). Like the other day, I made grilled cheese sandwhiches, sweet potatoe fries, and salad for them. I ate the salad and I ate my JC meal. Today I made chicken quesadillas for them...I ate my personal pizza. I guess the more I do it, the more I'm used to it. And I don't make extra for leftovers! If they're sitting on the stove, I will eat them! But I still have those little melt down moments...hang in there!

We always have pizza on superbowl Sunday, so my husband asked could we? I said yes, and since I had to go get it, I got a thin crust, all veggie, and a large salad for us to split. I could tell he wanted the meat, but tough, he should have picked it up himself. I picked out the smallest 2 pieces (cause I like thinking I had 2 pieces) and the salad and was totally filled up. Just remember, you'll get this overwith, and be on maintenance, and get some treats. BUT- you can never eat half the large pizza again (like I used to) or you'll be back in the same boat.
