I already substitute a yogurt for an anytime bar but I am getting sick of yogurt- Im not into drinking skim milk. Are there any other substitues I could make? Thanks

1.) Use cheese as a substitute. I'll put cheese on my breakfast foods (omlette, breakfast scramble, etc...) or on other entrees.
2.) Use 2 lean meats as a substitute. I'll put my lean meats into my meals. I'll make egg whites for breakfast or I'll add chicken to a salad or to an entree.
2006: 30lbs lost
2009: 10 lbs lost
2010: 20 lbs lost
January 2012: Came back again to take off the 20lbs I've gained plus more!
