I have also been told that you can use string cheese as a substitute. I also sometimes use my milk serving as lowfat feta cheese on my salad...makes it bearable!

What about a half cup of cottage cheese? I am only on day 2 so I am not sick of yogurt. I am just not fully satisfied at meals.

Cottage Cheese & String Cheese is fine. One Yogurt (milk serving) = 2 lean meat servings (one meat).....look on the back of your Success Made Simple Guide for options.

This is the link for subs;

Thank you for all the ideas. Cheese on salad sounds wonderful. So does the string cheese and cottage cheese. Im dealing with a plateau right now and food boredom is not helping me stay on track.

There are a couple things I do. After being on Jenny twice in the past and knowing I get sick of eating the same thing over and over again, I use the milk servings to make my other dishes more intersting. That way, both the entrees are different as well as not getting tired of yogurt over and over and over again. There are two things I do:

1.) Use cheese as a substitute. I'll put cheese on my breakfast foods (omlette, breakfast scramble, etc...) or on other entrees.

2.) Use 2 lean meats as a substitute. I'll put my lean meats into my meals. I'll make egg whites for breakfast or I'll add chicken to a salad or to an entree.

OH, and one other thing. You can add your milk serving to your coffee and make it a latte. I like doing that too.
