This time I feel different. I am very motivated. I weigh myself every morning and see the
pounds falling off. I know I shouldn't step on the scale everyday, but it's keeping me from
cheating.
Even if it's a half a pound or even a few points on my digital scale
it makes me happy and proud of myself that i'm doing it and it's working.
My start date was January 17th and I'm down 8 lbs.
