Angie, please remember that you are doing this for a lifetime now. It will take however long it takes but make it the LAST time you see those numbers on the scale! I am losing pretty slowly. I've been at this since last June and have taken off 47 pounds. The point is that you are LOSING! Plus along the way you are learning how to eat correctly for a lifetime. What I was doing on my own was clearly not working. This is working!!! And I am probably the most impatient person you know! I also know that always before I have lost it and then regained it. I intend for this to be the LAST time I lose these same pounds.... so maybe this time I'm older and perhaps a little wiser. That is what I intend to do.... keep eating right forever.

Angie, you are doing great and achieving excellent results. As mentioned above, it is a lifetime program so however long it takes to reach your goal, just remember you are losing weight and learning how to be a healthier eater for the rest of your life. I think I am one of the slowest losers on this program. Some of it is my fault and rest, well who knows, I haven't been able to figure it out. But, I'm not giving up and even if the scale has stalled and I can't get back to goal weight, I keep plugging along and I take it one day at a time.
