4 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 Green onions
6 Fat Free Tortillas

Whole recipe= 2249 calories, 94g. fat, 123g. carb, 188g. protein. (1 vegetable, 8 starch, 23 meat, 12 fat)
1 serving (3 servings total)= 750 cals, 31g. fat, 41g. carb, 63 g. protein. (2 1/2 starch, 8 meat, 4 meat)
