In general, what are the exchanges I should follow for creating a breakfast, lunch, or dinner on my own? Thanks

For your convienience, Meal on My Own food groups are listed on the back of your menu. They are as follows:


Meal On My Own - 1200/1500
Breakfast
1 Meat, 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1 Milk
Lunch
2 Meat, 1 Starch, 1 Vegetable, 1 Fat
Dinner
3 Meat, 2 Starch, 2 Vegetable, 1 Fat
Meal On My Own - 1700/2000/2300
Breakfast
1 Meat, 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1 Milk
Lunch
2 Meat, 2 Starch, 2 Vegetable, 1 Fat
Dinner
4 Meat, 2 Starch, 2 Vegetable, 1 Fat
