I am restarting and got my food today. Its been 3 years since I did the plan the first time. This time I'm doing Jenny at home as I have a full time job and can't get to the center. I'm speaking with my consultant on Monday but need to grocery shop tomorrow. I cannot seem to locate what fruits are allowed and what kind of yogurt? Is there a link to this info somewhere I'm the site? Are blueberries allowed? Apples? Bananas? Oranges? Help!

The link on my info www.jennycraig.com/freefoods is no longer active.

So,done please help me plan my grocery shopping tomorrow!!

Thanks! I'm very excited to get started!

I can't speak for JC but from a nutrition standpoint, there are 3 types of fruits: sweet fruits(bananas, most berries, etc.); semi-acidic fruits (apples, etc.) and acidic fruits (orange, all other citrus).

Basic diet rules are the sweeter the fruit the less you can have of it if you're dieting bc they are higher in calories.

So, 1/2 banana = 1 fruit
1/2 cup berries = 1 fruit

apples: 1 medium = 1 fruit. Try the Gala variety this time of year, very crisp and flavorful

oranges, tangerines, size doesn't matter much.= 1 fruit

Good luck my friend! I'll see you tomorrow at the grocery! On day 2 myself today.

under Tools go to the success made simple guide. In that guide under the tab Grocery list, there are different categories and you will find fruit there.
