Jenny may not have ice cream on the menu, but that shouldn't stop you! Try Arctic Zero! It's sorta like "diet" ice cream, but it's so good! I buy it at Whole Foods but I used to order it from Amazon when I lived in Louisiana. It comes in chocolate, coffee, vanilla maple, chocolate peanut butter, cookies and cream, mint cookies and cream, and strawberry. According to the JC dieticians, the exchanges are 1 serving = 1/2 Starch; 4 servings = 1 1/2 Starch, 1 Meat. Four servings is AN ENTIRE PINT of Arctic Zero! Enjoy!

You might also try some Skinny Cow ice cream in place of a snack. I can find it at my regular supermarket so there's no need to go to Whole Foods (unless you don't mind making a special trip but mine WF is a half hour away). But do what you enjoy and makes it easier on you.

But the next time I'm at WF, I'll check out the Artic Ice for sure. :)

One problem i have heard with the Skinny Cow Products if they contain almost no milk. You might as well be drinking water. However, I imagine if I'm wanting ice cream I wont be looking for a dairy serving. But, coming from a family of dairy farmers, I happened to hear it had no milk in it. Something appalling for my family, lol.
