SAME SONG, SECOND VERSE...after losing 45 lbs the first time, I am keeping it off this time around
Original start date December 29, 2008
SW 190 final weight 145 by June 2009
starting again 7/17/2011 @181.3lbs
week 1: -4.2 Wwoohoo!
week2; -1.6
week 11 knee surgery (I'm not looking at the scale:(
week 13 total -19 Back on tracknow:)
week 15 - down 1.7:)!
week 18 - down 2.6 more
week 21 - down 3 more 9 to go!
week ? - 5 lbs to go, down 31 lbs!
I've been doing this forever, but...2.5lbs to go on 3/23/12 :)
