I have been doing my best to make lifestyle changes the past few months and I have been successful in a couple of areas.

1. NO MORE FAST FOOD - I have to tell you I use to eat fast food every day, sometimes twice a day. But since about the beginning of December I have been able to change that. It wasn't easy, but with a little planning and some full length mirrors in my house, the change hasn't been as hard as I would have thought.

2. EXERCISE - I have been walking about 4 days a week since about the end of December. It really is starting to become addictive. Which is something I am super excited about.

But even though I have made these two lifestyle changes, my weight hasn't really changed all that much. So last night I decided to make another lifestyle change - I decided to call Jenny and get this eating thing under control.

I'm so glad I did. My consultant is amazing and REAL. I need someone to work with me and keep me accountable.

So combining the exercise and eating right can only mean one thing.

I'm going to ROCK this!!!!

Month 1 - 6.5
Month 2 - 6.5
Month 3 - 5.5
Month 4 - 1.7 (on vacation for 2 weeks)
Month 5 - 3.3
Month 6 - 6.1
Month 7 -4.2
Month 8 -6.0
Month 9 - 5.2 and 24 inches lost so far
Month 10 - 3.2 (had a gain one week this month
Month 11 - 5.4

No fast food and exercise, that's a great start! If you stick on Jenny, you WILL SEE the changes!

First day and it was amazing. The food is great and it's nice to feel like I'm in controll of what goes in my mouth. Looking forward to tomorrow. Thanks for all the encouraging words!!!

We went skiing today. It was so much fun, but I am so out of shape. I use to be able to ski all day. Not so much right now. 5 runs and I felt like my legs were going to fail me. Took a two hour (yes two hour) rest and then joined my family for the rest of the afternoon. Was able to get 5 more runs in.

I'm tired, but looking forward to this week.

YUM.....just finished lunch. Slider and a salad - so good. Man if I can eat Cheeseburgers every day I know I can't fail. Hope you are all having a great day!!!

You are all so inspiring!!! I look forward to the posts every day.

Yesterday I went and picked up an armband and I LOVE IT. I'm a bit of a gadget geek and this is right up my alley. I finished.....well I thought I had finished my workout and then after I synced I still needed to walk for about 15 minutes longer to get all my steps in. So off to the treadmill I went.

It was awesome!!!

Had the armband a few years ago not from Jenny and just as the waranty expired it quit downloading plus it seemed like a hassle to hav to record all that food. Has it changed?

are we allowed micro wave fat free popcorn? as a limited food or how?

The 100 calorie low sodium FF microwave popcorn is fine as a substitute for a snack.

But since they're usually still higher in sodium than most JC snacks, I always add extra water. :)

Yes I have to log my food online but it is something that I was doing anyway - writing it in my log. Now it is easier (for me) to do it online.
