Hello,

I wanted to know instead of having a anytime bar can I substitute 2 lean meat servings for it? If I can, could I replace it with BoarsHead lower sodium (deli) turkey breast. Serving size is: 2 ozs. at 60 calories. So, does that mean I can have 4 ozs. or would it be 2ozs. One lean meat serving is 35-55 calories, right?. Trying to add in more variety but still a little confused on exchanges

Thank You.

Thank you for your post,

Just under 4 oz would be 2 meat servings. You can use this serving size to replace a milk serving.

Best Wishes,
