Heh all,

I just want to encourage all of you to NEVER QUIT! The most important thing is to make this a Lifestyle Change. Learn your food groups and quit COUNTING CALORIES!!!!!!!! If you balance your food groups and drink lots of water and eat plenty of vegetables you will loose!!! Don't skip foods and think you don't need them. That only makes your weight loss slow down. I think of every Jenny food as food groups and not calories or foods I don't think I need. For instance, the cakes are 1 1/2 starches to me, no "Cakes". The Meatloaf is 2 starches and 2 meats and 1/2 fat.

Think of it this way, you would never alter your cake recipe and add more flour=starch and more oil=fat. So don't alter your planned menu. Trust in the system, because it works. Something else I have learned is, I "can't" go back to drinking alcohol nightly. It stops the weight loss BIG TIME! Alcohol and weightloss just don't go together.

Eat all your food on your menu. Your body NEEDS it! Eat all 6 meals. Food in our body is like adding wood to a fireplace. Food cranks your metabolism and keeps us moving. Don't skip meals.

I would love to help anyone who needs motivation and ideas. Stay strong everyone and NEVER QUIT!!!!! :D

Thank you Desiree for your inspiration. I myself have 95 pounds to go, have lost 16.2 in 7 weeks. I love Jenny, I have tried so many other programs and none of them worked as well as this one. The only problem I have is an awful taste in my mouth. I just called the doctors this morning to see if they can order me anything. I don't know if it's sinus or what. Other than that I feel great and down one size, can't wait to get out of the X's. Thanks again for writing on the board, I love reading everyone's comments.
Thank you agian, Rita

Rita, you are doing GREAT! Hang in there! When i started on the program I was wearing a size 4x. I am now able to wear a LG. It feels GREAT and you will get there. Know that this is going to be a long journey and that's okay. Taking your time with weight loss is a lot better. Consider this a learning process. Learning about yourself and your challenges. Always be aware of your feelings and how things make you feel, physically and mentally! I am now a Jenny Consultant and love my job. Feel free to check in with me whenever you want. I would love to hear how your journey is going. Remember, it does slow down but that's okay. I have averaged about a pound a month in the past year by choice and I am okay with that. As of the first of the year, I am back in 100% Jenny mode! Bound and determined to get out of these 200's. Stay strong and believe in the Lifestyle Change! Hugs.... ;)
