Current Weight - 209lbs
Weight Loss to Date: 101 lbs.
Goal Weight - 160lbs

It is possible to eat so many free (non-starchy) vegetables that your weight loss is compromised. However, because of the high fiber and low calorie content of the designated free vegetables, it would be difficult to consume too many. If you find that you are following the Jenny plan according to how it is designed but not losing 1-2 pounds a week, you may want to consider cutting back on the extra veggie intake.
