I was wonder if you could break these two down for me
Ingredients: Bobby's Goulash
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (29-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 2 cups dried elbow macaroni
Ingredients: Turkey Goulash
  • 1/2 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 (14 ounce) can stewed, diced tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta

Bobby's Goulash (total recipe)= 3762 calories, 145 grams fat, 223 grams carbs, 382 grams protein/ 11 veg, 11 starch, 46 meat, 11 fat

Per Serving (estimated 10 servings total): 376 calories/ 1 veg, 1 starch, 4 1/2 meat, 1 fat (and free items)

Turkey Goulash (total recipe)= 1353 calories, 26 grams fat, 207 grams carbs, 78 grams protein/ 3 veg, 13 starch, 5 meat, 1 fat

Per Serving (estimated 10 servings total): 135 calories/ 1 starch, 1/2 meat (and free items)
