I know I have to get going again. I joined Jenny 3 years ago at 311 lbs. and followed the program and got down to 255 where I have been for about 2 years. I never left the program, I kept going to my weekly visits, but even with that my life was falling apart, and I was unable to loose more weight. BUT I didn't put it on either (thank you Jenny and Susan especially). But now I feel the need to really push to get below 200lbs before 2013 arrives. I need all the help I can get so for the first time I am now using the online tools too. I would love to log on a couple of times a week to chat with others who would like to set simialiar goals.

Welcome back Gail!

You had great success w/jc and I am sure you will do very well again.

Here is a little tutorial on setting up your ticker: be sure you copy the "BB" code

1. click on the link below and create what you want yours to look like, then copy the BB code to paste into your signature in a minute.

http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wNbZX92/

2. After you create your ticker and copy the code, go to your settings..... which can be found under your name in the drop down menu at the top right hand side of any page.

3. Then click on "signature" and paste the BB code there. Go to the bottom and click "save" and you are done! Its really not all that hard.....have fun!

Hi Gail! Great job losing the 50+ pounds and keeping it off for so long! Glad to have you here on the forums, it might be just the extra motivation you need to get that scale going in the right direction! I know I have found so much support and encouragement here, met and made some wonderful friends, and found invaluable advice. Browse the forums for tips or strike up your own conversations! I find that keeping my mind in the game every day through forum interaction has been SUCH a great boost to my own weight-loss. You can do it! :D

Gail - you've already done so well - and you know you can continue! These forums are so great to keep the motivation up!

Sometimes it's great to come here just to have your hands and mind busy and not thinking of food.

Best of luck to you - looking forward to watching your progress.

Gail, I posted this elsewhere where you posted this and I just want to say, you have a great attitude and you CAN do this! You did so well on maintenance. Now you're heading for ONEDERLAND and before you know it, you'll be at goal and will have learned so much that you'll be, once again, able to stick to the plan enough to truly maintain (within a 5 lbs. range) for the rest of your life. :)
