I too had a hard time opening the salad kits until I figured it out! I just bent the top back and forth and then the cardboard comes apart. Very easy to open from there. I have done these the past three times.

The salad kits are great to take to Disneyland/ Disney California Adventure. I go there every week since I have an annual pass. Im doing a lot of walking around the two parks so i still have an extra fruit. Unfortunately I had a churro the other day as a treat. I told my consultant. The food there at the park is expendsive but places like Pizza Port have great salads too. I know I got to stick to the plan, Plus i go to 24 hour fitness for spinning , yoga and elliptical. Started the program two weeks ago and despite giving into the smells of the Disneyland churros i did pretty well.
