So, would you consider 2 pounds lost in the second week normal and satisfactory?

ON AVERAGE the AVERAGE weight loss on JC is 1-2 lbs. a week. For MANY, MANY of us, the weight comes off in ounces, not pounds. And for a few of us, the weight is 2-3 lbs.

Personally, I like it slower because it gives your brain time to get used to developing a new relationship with food.

So if you lost 2 lbs. in the second week - whoooo-hoooo to you!!!!! :)

2 lbs is fabulous girl. The next time you go to the store, Go around and pick up things that weight 2 lbs...like a sack of taters or ground beef....you will be amazed.

This is a pic of one lb of fat...and lost 2 of these....not so bad huh?! ;)
