You know, there is a large selection on JC but you can fall into the boredom factor unless you're willing to eat all of the meals (which most of us aren't). However, two of our successful JCers came up with great recipes to volumize and to change up the JC foods.

It's so worth it and their ideas are FABULOUS. Check them out.

You CAN lose the weight and enjoy the foods that are offered until some new ones come around (and yes, I miss the potstickers, turkey dinners, and a few others too - :()

Phyllis - great advice! I've been trying new things to change up my meals. Tonight I tried something with the classico chicken parmesan. You are supposed to add a fat so I "sauteed" some shallots in a little chicken broth and added some olives. Then I added it to the chicken dish. It was delicious and a nice change. Susan

If you go into the personalized menu tool, when you select the meal in the drop down menu, it will tell you if you need to add anything. Just a few of the meals require adding some things. It's a little annoying that they don't make all meals complete but it's just a few things. The ones that come to mind are the classico chicken parmesan (oops just checked and it was that chicken pasta parmesan - one fat and one veg), the baked potato (1 meat), lentils with meat (1 veg), mac and cheese (1/2 meat). There may be a few other...not sure. Susan

I miss the turkey and the potstickers, too. It seems like the menu is srhinking and depsite being a fairly creative person, I am getting bored. I will say that the florentine breakfast pizza is amazing, and I will be really unhappy if it goes away.

Try the Healthy Choice Steamers Potstickers. They are a little spicy and FABULOUS. Also the sodium is a reasonable level. I eat them once a week and love them.

Oh I SO agree about the lunch items. There is really very few lunch items I enjoy. Sometimes I will be a rebel and have a dinner for lunch.
