Hi Everyone...new to all this again....but I am having tummy issues with all the cottage cheese. What can I exchange this with???? Thanks for the input ...in advance. :rolleyes:

Cottage cheese (1/4 cup) = 1 Meat

1 meat= 35-55 calories, 7 grams protein and less than 3 grams fat.

Look on the back of your Success Made Simple Guide for all the subs. String Cheese or a hot dog are good subs.
