Debbie,

Could you hear me laughing from San Diego with your reply about if that gal is writing a book to leave your chapter out? I am laughing as I type this. Pure genius!

Frances,

Debbie's on a cruise right now so I don't think she can hear you laughing ;) but I'm sure she'll appreciate your post when she returns. She is a VERY funny lady! :)

I have shared my JC journey with only 1 co-worker. I have heard some horrible comments from others when other people were on diets. I can't deal with that pressure & negativity right now. Every day I remove my outer packaging and take to work. Further, everybody has an opinion about what is a great way to loose weight. And since I am only on week 4 I don't need any other uninformed uninvited opinions. I'll tell people after I loose the weight and keep it off for a minute.

Everyone has their own journey and you know the way that's going to work best for you.

Personally I was a walking billboard for JC (and still am 4 years later) but I TOTALLY get that it's harder (or more personal) for some people. So if you want to keep it a secret, by all means, do it. Just do what's right for you and you'll soon start hearing people commenting on your loss.

And when you DO want to talk about it or vent or whatever, you know we're all here and you won't here ANY of us saying ANYTHING negative. This is a TOTALLY safe place to be. :D

People stink. I have been getting a lot of questions to but like Phyllis I am just sharing away. Done a lot of diets failed at most & work in an office of about 13 regular reps then the rest of the dept's in the co all share one big breakroom. we have a snack day once per months which should be renamed diet buster day because all they seem interested in all month long is snack day & then spend the rest of thier time complaining about how fat they are. My husband suggested Jenny & i was a little hurt to say the least in the beginning so i tried it as i had nothing to lose. Glad i did now because its working & boy do i feel better. They all ask me how much does it cost & when i tell them i get the same high browed look usually followed by a comment like we not most people can afford that i know i can't like a am wealthy or something. i figured i can't afford not to. at the rate i was going i could pay for jenny food or medical bills for heart problems diabetes etc. that said the cost really doesn't matter. you can't afford not to. i like the food that seems to annoy my coworkers the most. why must we suffer. i have had a couple try to tell me if i just do this or what they are doing i wouldn't need to spend that money & this priceless advise comes from people far heavier than me. i just want to tell them go eat a butterfinger & leave me alone please.
