I brought in a completed menu, and the menu that I entered every day on Spark People. I was still required to have at least $50 of food. Corporate Center. I was not then, nor am I now at half way.

I know that I'm REALLY late replying to this, but I don't see how any of the program changes that people are (justifiably) angry about has anything to do with franchises. I think franchise markets are an easy scapegoat. Many didn't even offer Rewards.
If jenny does away with Rewards, it's most definitley a Corporate decision.
By their own logic...if jenny's going to go out of their way to say that they have to wait for licenses to expire so that they can force franchises to follow rules, couldn't they not only force all franchises to not only CONTINUE renewing REWARDS but also MAKE them resume sales of that program. Franchises don't have control over corp. so how could this possibly be an attempt on behalf of a corporation to remedy the inconsistencies? doesn't add up.
