Hello Fellow Exercisers,

Has anyone experienced a slow down in weight loss when they changed up their exercise routine? I'd be interested in comparing notes.

I went from doing Walk Away the Pounds (with the resistance cables) 3 times a week (2, 30 mins days and 1, 45 min days) to the Jillian Michaels Last Chance Workout and I just don't feel the same. I think I might go back to WATP and do 4 days (2,1 hour days and 2, 45 min days) and see how I do. Or do you think I should stick with the JM to see....I'm only starting week 2 of JM.

I don't love he JM workout, but I am kinda bored with WATP. Anyone experience this too?
