Unable to log into menu

I know many have trouble logging into menu etc on etools. I was told you need to go to program overview and click that you are already a client and give account number and location number. I do that and I am a member but it stills tells me "It looks like you're not on a Jenny Craig program at the moment" I would like to know how to correct this. It seems others on here have trouble logging into tools and that has been months now. On line help is one of the reason I signed up on JC. We pay for it so I hope tech support or someone more knowledgeable has an answer.

I've had that issue since I joined in August, been meaning to call but keep forgetting. I was advised by my JCC that the Jenny line can help fix it.

Hate to sound jaded but if this was for on line payment it would be fixed in an instant. I don't thing JC is crazy about us planning our own menu perhaps. From the posts I have read this problem has been going on for a long long time.

Just call Customer Service – 1-800-443-2331, and tell them exactly what you wrote in the first post above. They put me on hold for about 2 minutes, came back, and had me log out and then log back in with my email address and a dummy password. As soon as I did that everything worked perfectly. :-)
