I know many have trouble logging into menu etc on etools. I was told you need to go to program overview and click that you are already a client and give account number and location number. I do that and I am a member but it stills tells me "It looks like you're not on a Jenny Craig program at the moment" I would like to know how to correct this. It seems others on here have trouble logging into tools and that has been months now. On line help is one of the reason I signed up on JC. We pay for it so I hope tech support or someone more knowledgeable has an answer.

You might want to call the 800 number or post this message on the ASK THE WEBMASTER forum. They're usually pretty good about getting these issues resolved.
