There are not that many menu items that I can eat on the list of food that JC provides as I don't like sweets, ground meat or pasta.

I found out today that the Salmon has been discontinued. This is practically the only dinner item that I like. I was very disappointed as my other favorite, Turkey dinner was also discontinued.

I guess it leaves me no choice but buy the food from some other brands of food. I'm not a happy camper.

Oh poo! :( I really liked the Salmon...although many didnt. My jcc said a while back that the Salmon came in last among favorites of the clients.

Sorry to hear about the salmon (although I never had it). Have you tried the chicken fajitas? They are sooooooo good ESPECIALLY when you cook them in a frying pan with some Pam rather than microwaving it. I mean, no, it's not salmon, but it is EXCEPTIONAL.

I haven't had it in months and found one in my freezer tonight and it was yummy! :)

Bummed out about the salmon, it was something I looked forward to. It mirrored a dinner that hubbie would often make for me pre-Jenny, it was a special weekend treat. Hopefully, they replace it with another seafood dish (no, the fish and chips don't really count!).

Phyllis - I cook the fajitas the same way and they are delicious! I usually stir fry some onion and peppers in Pam and then add the fajitas. It really ups the portion and the flavor too.
