I gain half a ounce today I up to 183.6 right now for some reason I didn't cheat all I did is stick with my workout, the rope and other stuff I am good my brother think maybe I gaining muscle

Kelly, first, step away from the scale! When you start worrying about how much you weigh in OUNCES, you're really starting to obsess for no good reason.

Look our body weight fluctuates daily. You will find that your weight can go up and down by several POUNDS throughout the day and from day to day. Don't fixate on it.

Do what you're supposed to do. Eat, drink, get your exercise and do your WI weekly. Even then, it won't necessarily tell the whole story because it will depend on the time of day, what you consumed that day (the weight of what you ate and drank and not the calories), what you're wearing, time of month, etc.

Focus more on developing good habits and try to judge whether it's a "real" gain or whether your clothes are starting to fit you differently. It's just a number and NO ONE besides your JCC or doctor should ever ask you about that number. :)

It works great. I love the food and the structure and support. I'm never hungry because I eat a lot of veggies. Ive lost 22 pounds on this go round, with about 25 more to go. I lost 45 with Jenny a few years ago, but gained it back after getting back in to bad habits so now doing a refresher course. I love Jenny Craig. :)
