Look our body weight fluctuates daily. You will find that your weight can go up and down by several POUNDS throughout the day and from day to day. Don't fixate on it.
Do what you're supposed to do. Eat, drink, get your exercise and do your WI weekly. Even then, it won't necessarily tell the whole story because it will depend on the time of day, what you consumed that day (the weight of what you ate and drank and not the calories), what you're wearing, time of month, etc.
Focus more on developing good habits and try to judge whether it's a "real" gain or whether your clothes are starting to fit you differently. It's just a number and NO ONE besides your JCC or doctor should ever ask you about that number.
