Hi...I am at about week 15, a little more, and I love the program, the food, and most of all my consultant and the people of JC...and the participants are so dedicated that write in...I have lost about 17 pounds and i go to the Dr today and will he be pleased also. Soon I will like to post my pictures if I can figure out how---and after I get a more recent picture of myself.
