Hi,

I love the fettucini but I HATE THE CHICKEN. I end up throwing either most or all of it out because it is CHEAP AND PROCESSED. There are always little hard pieces in them. For the amount of money we pay for this food, it should at least be quality. I'd rather not be throwing away money AND protein.

Thank you.

Instead of microwaving it, you might try cooking it in the oven. It's a MUCH better texture. It takes a little longer but it's worth it.

It's also one of my favorite meals too! :)

It's one of my favs as well, but I have found that the chicken is a little tough when it is microwaved.

Thanks for the tips about trying it in the oven vs. the microwave. I too didn't care for the chicken. But I'll give this dish another shot.

Agree - the chicken tastes highly processed.
