Hi everyone,

I am a platinum Jenny Direct client who is thinking about rejoining. As a part of this process, I have been in touch with the Jenny technical people as I am having trouble accessing my account info.

To make a long story shorter, I was told that promotions and offers are sometimes sent to former clients but that they could not currently guarantee that I would receive all notifications.
