Wednesday - lunch provided by another department (pizza, pasta, garlic bread, carrot cake)
Thursday - out of town guests for business supper (wine, appies, wine, fish, fava beans, wine, dessert)
Friday - lunch with sales staff (appies, wine, Caesar salad with chicken, wine)
Saturday, Sunday, Monday - back on track!!!
Today - lunch with co-workers (bread, bread, pasta, bread)
This the season for holiday meals and always at a restaurant. What I find amazing is my reaction to stepping on the scale and gaining two pounds.
First thought was " wow - that's all?".
Second thought was "this week will be much better!".
I am proud that I didn't slip into the negative self talk and berate myself for having a minor tumble this week! Gone are the days where I would have thrown in the towel after having the week I did.
Sometimes you need to experience a tumble or two to remember why you need to continue down the Jenny path. Have a great week!!

You were doing so well so let's see you back in the loss category next week. You CAN do this!
Just curious, do you mean that you didn't have an opportunity to make different choices at these meals or that you CHOSE to make some/all of these eating decisions?

I just got off the phone with my JCC and she is soooo awesome! Rather than dwelling on those poor decisions, we talked about making this week go as well as the last ten weeks have gone. That is also entirely in my control and I will have an amazing week of sticking to my program and making healthy choices and decisions.
Back on the Jenny train right now and chugging down that weight loss track!
