Annoyed

I'm not exaggerating. I get full super fast. Sometimes I do try to go a little longer between eating because someone wants me to have a bit of a potluck or something, but if I've already eaten, I'm stuffed to the brim.
It's just frustrating cause no one understands that YES my stomach has shrank A LOT.
Or I'll tell them that I can't have a certain food because it's too many calories for such a small portion and I have to eat more throughout the day before bed time.
What do you guys do when people seem to get PO'd cause you tell them you're stuffed on something as insignificant as a 4 pc Happy Meal, or on one taco? Or even after a small Jenny meal?
Because I swear people think I'm trying to be antisocial and that's not the case.

Either they have never had a weight problem, they are already overweight, they're not used to you saying "no" to foods or a thousand other reasons.
You can tell them the truth, as you did, and if they don't listen, so be it.
You can tell them a white lie and say you're on medication and can't eat certain foods. Or you're going for a routine blood test and have to limit what you're eating. Or you can just ignore them.
Ultimately this is YOUR journey, not theirs. If they don't get it, that's their problem. It is NOT your problem.
You might have to be firm (Seriously, I'm not hungry but thank you). You can be funny (Are you trying to make me fat by shoving food in my face?). You can wave them off with an "excuse" (I'm taking some medication and I can't eat that.). You can make them feel guilty (You know I'm watching my weight so I don't understand why you can't be more supportive.).
Do whatever you think best. But, yes, we have likely ALL had to face those people but you just can't let them get to you. Come here and complain instead.

I would just be straight forward and tell them your tummy has shrunk and how glad you are of that.....then just nicely but bluntly say YOU DONT WANT IT, SO GET OUT OF YOUR FACE!!!!

Come to think about it, I never really had that issue either, but I have read on here where quite a few ppl do. I would never try and get someone to eat if they didnt want it.
