More Help for Office Cocktail Party

I have yet another request from help. I took a peek at our company's holiday party menu for tomorrow and below is what will be served (cocktail-style). I'm guessing I should stick with the greek salad and asparagus and add a little of the ziti bolognese? I will probably only have 1 to 2 glasses of wine (I don't plan on staying long). If I just eat my Jenny meal before I go, then do I stick with just the salad at the party? Thanks!
Group 1:
herbed risotto balls
prosciutto-wrapped asparagus
scallops wrapped in bacon
Group 2:
pigs-in-a-blanket
coconut shrimp
crispy mini spring rolls
2 pasta:
ziti bolognese
fusilli grilled vegetable ragu
1 salad:
Greek salad
1 protein:
chicken parmesan

And DO try to limit yourself on the wine to one glass. And then that evening and the next day, double your water intake. Seriously, if anything is going to derail you, it's going to be the wine and water retention. So make sure you flush out your system. And, look, it's one meal. Do your best. And if you don't have a huge loss this week, you'll know why.
If you can have your JC dinner and not eat anything at that dinner, that would probably be best. But if you even THINK you might not be able to resist once you get there, there's no sense in doubling your caloric intake by eating Jenny AND the food at the cocktail party.
Remember, progress, not perfection.
Have fun!

Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the
attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way
your mind looks at what happens. - John Homer Miller

Besides, getting to the bar at one of these functions is hard enough as it is, so I think that is going to be a big help.
