Since you guys changed the site over to the new one, I have been having to log in EVERYTIME i visit the site.....even though I have checked the box "remember me."

This happened the last time you guys 'improved' the site, and the you did something to fix it, and we didnt have to log in everytime.

If you have any suggested I would really appreciate it, as I really dont want to have to log in everytime.

Mine seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes I can stay logged in for days and other times if I change topics or forums, I have to log out. And it NEVER lets me log in (even if I was already logged in) to change my signature under the MY TOOLS page. It makes me log in again but when I try, it won't let me. (I have figured out a way around it but it's still wrong under the MY TOOLS app.)

Well BEFORE the site was changed over, I would stay logged in for a very longtime....and it was so nice!!!

I also noticed something similar... When I visit the Forum page I'm not logged in, so I go to click the "log-in" button and it updates immediately and I'm logged in without having to type my name/password. I figured it had something to do with the way my bookmark saved, maybe.

Hello. We are still trying to replicate this issue. All of our tests so far as showing that things are working as they should be when you select the "remember me" option. Browser cache is likely not something that would be impact login experience but if you wouldn't mind trying that it would be helpful. In fact, let's rule out the Community. Please logout then Try CTRL + F5 on jennycraig.com then login and be sure to select the "remember me" checkbox. You should be logged in. Please close your browser and then return back to jennycraig.com and you should still be logged in. Can you confirm this behavior is happening for you? I appreciate your patience while we troubleshoot this issue.

It's great to see everyone here I am not having a problem with having to log in, but can not seem to find the "So Excited" thread I started last week that had posts from Saturday (Dec. 10th) The posts there only go up to Friday (Dec. 9th)
Can't figure out what happened to all the posts from Saturday before the site starting acting up. There was a post that I made about my having a bad day...Phyllis/Debbie replied and all of that is no longer there......that's strange

Gwen, have you check in "My Content' to see all your post and topics? You can do that by going up to the top of this page and clicking on your name, then 'my content.'

Melissa, I checked and it's not there either. The date says Dec. 10th, but there are no replies on that date.....I have no idea what happened to those posts from Saturday I didn't get to read the all of the comments.

Don't feel bad, Melissa. Posts have been appearing and disappearing all day. For about a minute there were the "Before and After pics" but then that disappeared and a few things I was planning to answer disappeared. I searched all over the site and they were there. Poof!

But I know they're still working on the site so maybe they'll all return soon.

I really especially bad about losing all of the recipes.

Hello. Thank you in advance for your patience. We are trying to replicate what you are experiencing and we are having some difficulty. Can you please confirm what isn't working. Taking the "Community" portion out of the equation for a moment, I assume you went to the homepage, logged out, logged in using the "remember me" function, closed your browser, returned and you were still logged in. That seemed to work for you correct? Is that still the case? Are you able to remain logged into the jennycraig.com website using the "remember me" function without visiting the Community. Does that portion work for you consistently and successfuly? I assume you are using IE8?
