I am seriously considering JC. I have questions about "add-in" food. I am assuming lots of veggies and fruit. But is there anything else?

Riley, Jenny is a GREAT program and you'll find lots of support on the boards and make a whole new bunch of friends while you'll lose weight in a very healthy and tasty manner.

As far as add-on food, yes, there are fruits and veggies. They also suggest what they call an "Anytime" bar. Many of us don't like it (it makes us gassy and isn't the tastiest thing out there although some folks love it). However, in it's place you can purchase Pria bars (sold online, in health food stores and some supermarkets) or you can do a FF, SF yogurt or a piece of FF string cheese and add a multi-vitamin. Other than that, if you choose, you can buy only Jenny foods.

Does that help?

You should also count on buying milk or yogurt. I don't particularly like milk, so I have a Dannon Light & Fit every morning with my Jenny breakfast. The Cherry is my favorite!!! YUM!!!
