Quads Sore!

I tried the Jenny-Set-Go exercise plan this week (Advanced, Week 1) and am having some major quadricep pain from the squats. I didn't even finish the 2nd interval of lower body exercises because I could feel some strain. Yes, next time around I will have to cut back A LOT on that specific exercise.

The down side is that walking is uncomfortable, even with Ibuprofen. I did an easy walk on the treadmill last night (post workout day 1), because I heard that walking would ease the soreness, but I'm even more sore today (post workout day 2). Should I try another easy walk tonight or just sit today out?

I find walking or stretching helps me recover quicker.
