I'll be half way by next week; what are you eating for breakfast? I'm at 1200 calories.

You can have a cup of whole grain cereal with 1% or FF milk (I prefer FF half and half) and fruit.

You also could have one egg or two egg whites. You can make an eggwhite veggie omelet with one slice of whole grain toast/bread. Then you can have your milk and save your fruit for a mid-morning snack.

Or you can make a slice of French toast with the egg and bread and use SF syrup or jelly or fresh berries (sort of like the Jenny French toast).

Jimmy Dean has some light breakfast bowl which I like better than the JC breakfast bowls. They're about the same calories and I add salsa to it and it's yummy.

I'm sure others will tell you what they did. :)

Mine is probably boring but it's easy and works well. I measure out 1 cup portions of cheerios. I like the multigrain ones, cinnamon, and honey nut. Each Sunday night I measure out my 6 bags and then once a week I have a Jimmy dean d-lights. The one I like is 230 calories and is like the JC sunshine sandwich but a bit bigger. I also stick to the JC model and have skim milk and fruit each am.

I'm not on maintenance but I'm trying to save money, so I do BOMO (breakfast on my own ;) Here are my two go-to breakfasts:

- 1C cereal with 1C skim milk and a piece of fruit (I do 1/2 cheerios and 1/2 Kashi Go Lean Original - the kashi adds some fiber and protein to the cheerios, but I can't eat a whole cup of the kashi by itself as it turns my stomach into knots!). I try for half a grapefruit or an orange, and limit the bananas to once a week.

- 1 whole wheat Arnold Sandwich Thin toasted and spread with a Laughing Cow lite cheese wedge (they have all kinds of great flavors for 35 calories each, and it spreads GREAT)...with 1/4C Egg Beaters slow-cooked in a small nonstick pan like a frittata (I use a Misto to lightly spray the pan with olive oil, finely chop and sautee whatever veggies I have on hand, add the egg beaters to the veggies, put the burner on low, cover the pan, and walk away for a while). Fold the frittata to fit on the Sandwich Thin...yummy with a dallop salsa too, depending on your veggies. With this breakfast, I have a smaller piece of fruit (like a clementine) and a Dannon Light & Fit yogurt.

I am doing JC lunches and dinners on the pre-planned menu...so for my BOMO's, I just do my cheerios/kashi on the days that the menu has a JC cereal, and my egg beaters on the days that have a JC egg dish.

Good luck! :)

I'm only 5 days in but this morning I had the french toast, skim milk and fresh berries. I am learning the proper time to put these foods in microwave....there's a trick to it and it depends on your microwave strength. I think I will try the breakfast bowls you talked about because I'm not lovin the breakfast scramble!

I had a great momo breakfast this morning: 1 fried egg on a 90 cal sandwich round, 8 oz skim milk, and a side of delicious fresh mixed fruit (red grapes, cantaloupe & blackberries). YUMMMM!!!! I almost took a picture of it but couldn't wait long enough before digging in. :P

I switch it up between oatmeal and cereal. I prefer the oatmeal since it's more whole grains, better fiber, and practically no sugar (which I'd prefer to have less of anyways).
I also do BOMO, mainly since most JC breakfast's have too much sugar for me, and I don't like that much sugar in the morning.
I take 1/2 cup of old fashion oatmeal (not the packets) and cook it for 5 min. Add 1/3-1/2 C FF milk, 1/2 a banana, 1tbls flax seed, and sprinkle in a lot of cinnamon. For me it tastes like banana bread and it's absolutely delicious! It's like I get everything I need for breakfast all in one bowl.

If I'm feeling lazy I just do a whole grain cereal that has around 100 calories per 1 cup serving, with 1/2 c FF milk and either 1/2 a banana or 1 cup fresh fruit.
