I've been working on a personalized variation of the C25K and my progress has been slow but steady. I've been using my treadmill and would like to venture out into the world but have found that I can't run for more than 10 minutes at a time without RUNNING for the restroom. Yes, I alway try to "go" before starting my exercise. Anyone else experienced this problem? If so, do you think that the Jenny Craig cuisine is acting as a laxative? Any advice or suggestions???
