Ok....hate to be a downer....BUT...the local JC Centers also said they didn't know anything about the Rewards Program being cancelled and we all know how that ended.

They don't care if it is your favorite meal. Look at the Turkey Dinner and lots of other items. If the Turkey Burger is too much trouble for them or costs them too much it will be gone.

Just saying.

The turkey burger is a favorite of mine. If it is discontinued then I think I will replace it with the Jennie-O lean turkey burger which is 160 calories and 5 grams of fat. Looks like a nice alternative - has anyone tried these?

Any more word on this? I have to figure out how much to stock up before my 30% discount goes away.

This better be a dirty rumor! So far I have heard no substantial evidence to back it up... I think we can all breathe easy. I doubt there is any Jenny food that is MORE loved than our beloved Turkey Burgers!

The turkey burgers have been around a long time. I can't see JC getting rid of them.

I just received a shipment with the turkey and gravy dinner (i'm in Mass). However, on the latest at home order list, they show as a Canada only item.

The turkey and gravy was out of stock for a while, but I was able to order them in my last order.

If they take away the turkey burgers then I will just switch to a frozen turkey burger alternative at my grocery store. I love those and they provide a nice dose of protien.

omg, I think I am the only one who hates the turkey burger. I just had it for lunch. I think its just the thought of my knowing that it is ground turkey meat. I keep on trying it but I just cant stomach it.

Have you tried dressing it up with condiments
like you would a regular hamburger? I load mine
up with lettuce, tom, onions, mustard, and a couple
of pickles. Its really good that way, but not with the
sauce given in the box, yuck.

I have added all the condiments I usually would have with a regular burger. But I still can't swallow it. I am doing the home program and just 2 days before my scheduled delivery date, I emailed customer service asking if they could replace the turkey burger with another item. They said sure no problem and also waived the service charge fee. I thought that was very nice.

I just hope JC realizes that there are plenty of companies out there today that are making very good substitutes for JC food. Every time they take away something popular, I would assume that they are losing revenue when we find acceptable and cheaper alternatives. I also assume that JC is trying to make a profit and that if something is taken off of the menu, that there is a real business case behind it. I've just seen so many bad business decisions made due to incomplete or incorrect business cases, that I am hoping JC has good data and smart analysts! And, I agree that the choices have become very slim. How hard can it be to come up with a few more meals?
