1 beefsteak tomato or 2-3 vine ripe tomatoes
1/2 bunch of fresh dill minced
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2-3 tbl honey mustard
kosher salt
dice tomato and sprinkle with kosher salt. Let sit for 1/2 hours to bring out the juices. Rinse out sand from the dill. Mince the dill leaves and place in bowl. Add the tomato with juices to bowl. Pour in balsamic vinegar and add 2-3 tbl honey mustard. Stir to combine. This is savory and you do not need to use much on your salad. It also works as a great marinade on chicken breast.
