Half Way and No Idea???

Hi,
I'm at my half way point and have no idea what to eat for meals on my own. Consultant hasn't explained anything to me...just said you can now do MOMO. What do I eat. Is there a chart somewhere that tells you the amounts of starches, fats, meats, etc that are in foods so I know how to choose the right foods. Help!!

I just started TODAY but what a good question...I was wondering this myself! I think there is paperwork with info on how much starch/meat/veg you can eat on a plate...free foods...and healthy snacks? Great question, I look forward to answers! B)

What calorie plan are you on? Let me know and I'll give you the plan. Also, it's on the back of the Personalized Menu Planner.

And call your JCC and ASK HER. She should have explained all of this to you.

Don't be shy. When they say something to you and you don't understand, ASK. That's what she's getting paid to do.

But we'll help however we can.

Eva, welcome! Unlike Jo, YOU should be sticking to eating all of your Jenny food. You usually don't start doing MOMOs until you're at halfway.

If you need to start doing them earlier due to finances or something, ask your JCC or come back to the boards. But until you actually pay attention to the Jenny meals and the portion sizes and the ratio of meat to dairy to carbs, etc., you'll end up with the best results by sticking to the plan the way it is.

You'll have lots of time to get used to eating on your own but for now, especially in the very beginning, you should try to stay all Jenny...at least for now. :)
