I actually managed to lose 2 pounds this week! I followed the program during Thanksgiving and have not been too tempted by all the sweet s
stuff still all over the house! When I start to feel tempted by something I dont really want I remember how good it feels to be down 30 pounds. Thank you Jenny!!!!!

Whoooo-hooooo for you!! That's FANTASTIC - especially during Thanksgiving week. You're doing sooooo well. Congrats! Keep it up. :)

I think the secret to my success in ignoring all the goodies is two-fold. I chew sugar free gum and I look at pictures of the 30 pounds I have lost. That helps alot
