I was good for Thanksgiving...well, had no choice really, stupid shrunken down stomach.

Had my JC breakfast, had cheese, crackers, and sausage for my snack. Then dinner came and I had my small plate of everything I planned. Then some pumpkin icecream. With the icecream, I was still stuffed to the breaking point (yes, even after eating my plate smaller than a normal plate) and mostly had a few spoonfuls to satisfy my need (mentally) for pumpkin pie (and it tasted just like pumpkin pie too). Then had my cardio when I went to Kohls midnight Black Friday sale to so some shopping.

Woke up this morning and didn't gain anything. Didn't lose anything either but then I'm now on my ToM.

Overall, I was good. Stuffed on tiny portions, but I was a good girl.

Sure did! Bought three shirts for my son, two hoodies for myself (they are warm and snuggly too, almost a shame to ever have to wash them) and a pair of jeans my husband needed. Spent (after sales and an additional 15% off) about $112. Sounds like a lot of money, but I got 7 things for that amount so it was a good night.

Great job with Thanksgiving. I did well too. I did not gain. I lost 2lbs when I weighed in the following Thursday. Of course, going to a football game in the mountains the next day helped me getting a lot of activity in and I went to the gym 3 days straight before weigh in.

Whooo-hoooo, Kristin! A two pound loss after Thanksgiving is VERY admirable. Heck, at the rate I lost, it would have been phenomenal ANY week! LOL
