Weeks 6 & 7 weigh ins

So, last week and this week have seen little movement on the scale. Every few days I step on the scale and see how I am doing. (Now, before you start lecturing, this is motivating to me and not a detriment to my program!) :D

My weight has been fluctuating 2-3 pounds every two days so I know that the scale will start moving in the right direction really soon. <_<

This past week was the first week where I had more than a few challenges that I succumbed to but I am okay with that. Progress, not perfection was my mantra this week. Also, PMS has me wanting to eat everything in the pantry and I wont give into that challenge!! :huh:

So, looking forward to another week of eating well, feeling in control and knowing this is a one step at a time journey. Have a great week! B)

Good for you Wendy! Sounds like YOU are in control.

No lectures here my dear.....I'm right there with ya, I weigh daily.....if we are in control of our feelings on that issue, there is no reason not to weigh as often as we like. Its when it becomes a negative issue that its a problem.

No, I'm with you. I also weigh daily to keep myself in check rather than letting it "rule" me, so you sound like you have it all under control.

I'm sorry you had so many challenges this week. Were you able to figure out ways to deal with them differently next time?

I reviewed the last week and realized that I had three lunches that were not Jenny. One I did well - followed MOMO guidelines. The other two, not so groovy! ;)

But considering that this is the first week out of 7 that I had a challenge or 3, then I am still doing well!

Also, PMS is getting worse as I get older. This month it's water retention. Last month, sleeplessness. And the month before that ... Well, you get the picture!!!
