Hello all!

Any suggestions on how to NOT gain for the holiday? I am going pretty strong on Jenny and I'm doing pretty good. I don't want to eat ridiculous and gain. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Have a great Thanksgiving and definitely plan on using your splurge! I would recommend going into your next weigh in expecting to stay the same. It's very important to set realistic goals! Pay attention to your Jenny portions and attempt to copy with the potatoes/turkey/stuffing. Load up your plate with as many veggies that are available to you and try to eat them first! Also, depending on the time of your Thanksgiving meal, eat a Jenny cereal, light yogurt, and a Broccoli Cheese Potato for breakfast/snack/lunch. These are the "lightest" Jenny foods and that way you are not really hungry when you sit down to eat. You're very brave and committed to begin a program at this time of year. Good for you! Now is a better time than any to learn how to eat right! :D Happy Thanksgiving!
A setback is only a setup for a comeback!
