Crustless Pumpkin Pie recipe

I want to share my recipe for crustless pumpkin pie. It's a hit even with people who don't try to eat healthy, and it's a great dessert for those of us who want to have dessert without damage.

Per serving (1 piece, 1/9 of recipe)
65 calories, 0g fat, 12 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 7 g sugars, 5 g protein. I slice = 1 starch

Ingredients:
1 15-oz can pure pumpkin
1 12-oz can evaporated fat-free milk
1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
3/4 c Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated for baking)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Place mixture in a baking dish (8X8) or pie plate sprayed with nonstick spray
Bake in oven for 45 minutes. (It will remain a little soft, like pie filling)
Once ready to serve( it's delicious hot or cold), cut into 9 slices.
