Now, I'm not sure if it's because I changed up my workout routine some, or if because I tried the minor calorie zigzag diet experts say to break a plateau. Or it could just be some fluke, but I'm down to 184 now.

I've calculated my RMR and other things and it says to maintain my weight (if I wanted to at the moment), I'd need to eat between 1800-2000 calories just to keep my body happy when I'm sitting there watching tv. (RMR is resting metabolic rate).

Well, the 1200 calories I was on was perfect as a start since even though I'd only eat once or twice a day, I'd pack away about 2500+ of calories in that one or two sittings.

So because I was going to go a little harder at the gym yesterday, I ate a few calories extra. Mostly so my body didn't assume I was starving and freak out and it SEEMED to work. Now, as I said, could be a fluke or because I worked out just a little harder this time, but I'm happy my weight finally moved some.

Today's a rest period from weight lifting since it's suppose to be one day weights, one day rest. I get my daily cardio accomplished whenever I walk to and from work and from just daily things I do. But I'm a bit happy. Won't change my ticker yet to reflect this, but will write it down on my dry erase board.
