I logged on to the new Jenny site (love it!!) and my address of a few moves (and pounds) ago came up. I tried to log into "My Account" to update my information and cannot log in. No big emergency but I would like my information to be current.

Help! ...and thanks...

We do apologize for any trouble your account information is causing you. It sounds like maybe there is an issue between multiple accounts. You will need to contact JennyCare to have them verify your account is correctly setup. You can reach them at 1-800-597-Jenny and they should be able to get that straightened out for you.
